The Winston Brothers

German funk specialists The Winston Brothers return with their new album Drift to the Lovebird Festival, which explores the future of funk with eleven instrumental tracks. The duo around Sebastian Nagel and Lucas Kochbeck combines analog production with boom bap elements and thus creates dynamic, contemporary arrangements. Their sound is deeply rooted in the 60s/70s funk, but remains fresh, powerful and full of groove. With distinctive riffs, heavy drums and hypnotic melodies, they provide the perfect soundtrack for dance floors, relaxed sessions and summer parties.
