Karoline Weidt

From the very first note, KAROLINE WEIDT and her band create an intense atmosphere that is able to enchant the audience. While her spherical vocalises float with lightness, her natural presence is at the center of the sound. Within the detailed arrangements, the musicians move flexibly through unusual harmonies, energetic solos & polyphonic vocals.

The 28-year-old singer received the BMW Young Artist Jazz Award from the City of Munich and the BMW Group in 2023. Her KAROLINE WEIDT Quartet, founded in 2020, has also already won awards.

At Lovebird Festival, together with pianist Mikolaj Suchanek, she performs the songs from her debut album “Inviting” (Double Moon Records/ Jazzthing Next Generation) in duo format.
